Sandwich Club – an eating event
With Rachael Colley, Seiko Kinoshita and Phillip McCrilly
Participants were invited to join a ‘sandwich club’ lunch, where each element including the ingredients, eating utensils and props have been considered by the artists. The three artists worked collaboratively to explore their expanded practices, which incorporate natural dye, food waste, fermentation, foraging and the act of eating.
