Biller Road Studios was built in 2015, as part of large mixed-use residential scheme at Banbury Park. Converted in 2025 to create 23 self-contained studio spaces, 19 with natural light and 4 with ventilation, ranging from 169ft2 to 422ft2 across the first, second, third and fourth floors.
